On the following pages, you’ll find our program called the “12 Steps to Early Retirement,” designed specifically for retiring employees of the former Gillette Company.

This program will help you decide if you can retire, and then guide you through the process of replacing your paycheck with your Retirement Resources.
  • Budgets
      • Taxes
          • Investments
              • Insurance
                  • Estate Planning

Our first three steps help answer the question; “Can you do it?"  Is your glass half full, or is it half empty?  In the final analysis, we all have to decide when we have enough.  It's a choice between time and money.  More time, less money, or more money, with less time!

The fourth page will help you formulate a plan for; "How you will do it."  Since you'll be leaving the security of a paycheck behind, you'll need a budget and a withdrawal schedule you can live with.  We call it a Retirement Income Plan, and it will help you stay on track by setting the limits of your spending.

After that, we look at your Pension, and the Severance Package.  These worksheets will help you maximize these resources.

Then we’ll examine the all important topic of Investment Management.   As you will see, those ups and downs you endured while working are much more dangerous when you retire.  This is because monthly withdrawals mean your money won’t be there to “come back” after a big fall, so safe and conservative Money Management is imperative for your Financial Security.

Finally, we’ll look at how to pay your income tax, which Insurance you really need, and how to smooth your older years and make life easier for your heir’s with a good Estate Plan.

So, jump in and take a look.  Download the spreadsheet examples and give them a try.   And, if you need help, you can always call, write, or go to one of our Seminars.  The schedule will be posted right here.  We look forward to seeing or hearing from you.
